This is dual function SD card break out board. We started with a basic SD card and 5 to 3.3 voltage shifters and added I2C functionality from David's website and combined it into a single PCB module.
2 PCB models are available with same functionality.

Model A 45x33mm board with mini SD card
Model B 55x38mm board with miniSD and/or full size SD card option
