• AC / DC 16 port extension to our OS 3.2 sprinkler controller.
   It uses I2C PCA9555 IO controller chip as main decoder and driver for the ports thus is not compatible with previous version of sprinkler controllers.
  
  The board is universal and can be configured for either AC or DC drive simply by installing different drive  transistors and by using voltage booster for DC drive output drive transistor. valves it controls. Common power rail is connected through sense resistor on the main controller board so if using it for other purposes it needs to be either connected to common ground or through resistor and supporting circuit if current sensing is required.
