• This is definitely something not for do it your self hand assembly. A 20x20mm led board utilizing 64 1.5mm SK6805 led chips is best to have it made by professional assembly service.
  For the daring people that like challenge this is one of those things. However with pads being on bottom of the chips and not exposed, you would need stencil and a hot plate as soldering iron is out of the question.
