ATmega 4809 break-out board
To take advantage of all ports of the ATmega4809 QFP48 version needs to be used.
Unfortunately that makes it hard to put it on breadboard.
The breakout board allows for conversion of QFP to DIP format with on board
power decoupling capacitors UPDI interface for direct programing and FTDI
connected to SPI1 once bootloader is loaded onto the chip
